NORTH TEXAS CONCRETE LEVELING

Sunken concrete?
Lift it. Don't replace it.

We use expanding polyurethane foam to raise settled concrete at homes and commercial properties across North Texas.

  • Small injection holes
  • Less demolition

CONCRETE LEVELING SERVICES

Fix the problem you notice every day.

Uneven concrete can create trip edges, catch tires, collect water, and make a property feel neglected.

IS POLYFOAM RIGHT FOR THIS SLAB?

Lift concrete that is worth keeping.

Polyfoam is designed to raise and support intact concrete that has settled. The condition of the slab and the cause of settlement both matter.

GOOD CANDIDATE

Often worth assessing

  • One panel sits lower than the next
  • The slab rocks or sounds hollow
  • A trip edge has developed
  • There may be washout or a void below

LOOK CLOSER

Replacement may make more sense

  • The concrete is crumbling
  • The slab is broken into many pieces
  • A leak or drainage problem remains active
  • The surface itself has failed

HOW POLYFOAM LIFTING WORKS

The repair happens below the slab.

Small access holes let the crew place expanding foam beneath suitable concrete. The foam fills open space and produces a controlled lift.

01

Inspect and plan

Check the slab, the amount of settlement, the surrounding drainage, and access to the repair area.

02

Drill small ports

Create small, planned injection points in the concrete so material can reach the space below.

03

Fill and lift

Inject polyurethane foam. As it expands, it fills voids and raises the slab in controlled increments.

04

Patch and review

Patch the injection points, review the result, and confirm when the surface can return to use.

COMPARE THE APPROACHES

Three ways people deal with settled concrete.

The right choice depends on the slab. This comparison is a starting point for the estimate conversation.
